Terms of service

Our Booking System made us do this! Basic Rules of the membership, things we have to tell you and some options & benefits in case of hold/cancelling.

By enrolling in the membership, the Member agrees to the following terms:
1. **Membership Details:**
- The membership is billed on a monthly basis.
- Membership benefits include exclusive access to one blowout per month and additional perks as specified by the Company.
- Membership fees are payable monthly and automatically debited from your account.

-Member responsible for updating account information if changed

2. **Cancellation Policy:**
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments to avoid a $25 no-show fee.
- Members must cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid the fee.
- The no-show fee will be charged for any missed appointments or late cancellations.

3. **Termination:**
- The Member may terminate this agreement by providing a 30-day cancellation notice.
- Upon termination, the Member will receive one final blowout.

4. **Membership Usage:**
- The monthly blowout included in the membership cannot be exchanged or used for any other services or products offered by the Company unless otherwise approved.
- Additional perks or benefits specified for the membership cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

5. **Changes to Terms:**
- The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to the Member.

6. **Hold Policy:**
• The Member has the option to place the membership on hold for up to two consecutive months within a 12-month period without incurring any fees.
• To initiate a hold, the Member must notify the Company in writing via email at least seven (10) days before the monthly charge begins.

By enrolling in the membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions outlined above.
